Meridian wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built on the ground — in apartments, vacation homes, student housing complexes, and boutique hotels across two states, starting in San Francisco in 2015 when Airbnb was still becoming what it is today.
Over the next decade, the operation grew city by city: San Diego, Berkeley, Los Angeles, Irvine — where we managed housing for UCI students and vacationers — then into Texas with College Station and Sugar Land. Each market brought a different guest profile, a different regulatory environment, and a different operating challenge. We navigated all of it.
Along the way, every property type taught us something new: vacation guests want discovery and comfort. Student housing requires precision and accountability.
